Dues are paid annually.

Exhibiting Artist

$75 annually

  • Full voting rights
  • Space in the member directory with up to ten images, multiple links, and a bio
  • Mingles and social events
  • Access to TVAA-sponsored workshops
  • No submission fee for TVAA shows
  • Eligible to participate on the Board of Directors and Committees

Member Artist

$25 annually

  • Full voting rights
  • Space in the member directory with one image, multiple links, and a bio
  • Mingles and social events
  • Access to TVAA-sponsored workshops
  • $25 submission fee for TVAA shows
  • Eligible to participate on the Board of Directors and Committees

Student Artist

$25 annually

  • For artists 18 years and older who are enrolled in school, full-time.
  • Full voting rights
  • Space in the member directory with one image, one link, and a bio
  • Mingles and social events
  • Access to TVAA-sponsored workshops
  • 1 waived submission fee, annually.
  • $25 submission fee for additional TVAA shows

Your Artist Profile

Welcome to your TVAA member portal—your space to manage your profile, connect with other members, and share your work with the community.

Our Memper Portal Allows You to:

  • Renew or upgrade your membership
  • Update your contact info, website, and social links anytime
  • Refresh your artwork in your online gallery
  • Connect with other members (if messaging is enabled)
  • Receive reminders before your annual renewal
  • Choose whether to appear in the member directory
  • Volunteer for committees and explore members by location or medium

BUILDING AND MANAGING YOUR PROFILE

Your profile will be public-facing, and is a great way to showcase your work.  Note that TVAA reserves the right to approve, edit, or remove any content submitted to the site, as we work to ensure a welcoming and appropriate experience for site visitors.

SIGNING IN & OUT

Click the SIGN IN button at the top of our site, and enter your login credentials.  This will take you to the Member Portal Page.  When you’re done with your session, be sure to log out by revisiting the sign-in page and signing out.

FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? NO PROBLEM.

Click the Sign In Button and click Request Password.
Enter your email address and submit the form. You’ll receive an email with your login details quickly.

SETTING UP YOUR PROFILE TABS

  1. Review and update your contact information. You can chose which information is visible, including your address, phone number, or whether you appear in the directory at all.
  2. Click Save & Continue (or Skip).
  1. Add an artwork image.  Make it your main image. You may add a photo of yourself later in this process, but it cannot be your main profile image.
  2. Select your media and add social links.
  3. Adjust privacy settings.
  4. Click Save & Continue
  1. Select committees you’d like to join 😃.
  2. Click Save & Continue.

The member directory is a way to connect site visitors to your work.  Therefore, the primary image of the directory should be an image of one of your pieces.  You may, if you wish to, include a photo of yourself as the second image in your collection.  Note that we cannot include members in the directory who do not have at least one artwork image uploaded.  If you need help, please contact _______________.

  1. In the Artwork tab, upload images based on your membership level:
    • Student Artists: 1 image
    • Artists: 1 image
    • Exhibiting Artists: up to 10 images
  2. Ensure that an image of your artwork is the primary image, so that it is what is displayed in the member directory (not a photograph of you).

Click Save & Continue.
