Exhibiting Artist
$95 annually

$45 annually

Student Artist
$25 annually
- For artists 18 years and older who are enrolled in school, full-time.

- Mingles and social events
- Access to TVAA-sponsored workshops
- 1 waived submission fee, annually.
- $25 submission fee for additional TVAA shows
- 40% Discount at Quality Art

BUILDING AND MANAGING YOUR PROFILE
Your profile will be public-facing, and it is a great way to showcase your work.
Note that TVAA reserves the right to approve, edit, or remove any content submitted to the site, as we work to ensure a welcoming and appropriate experience for site visitors.
SIGNING IN & OUT
Click the SIGN IN button in the top-right corner of our site and enter your login credentials. This will take you to the Member Portal Page. When you’re done with your session, be sure to log out by revisiting the sign-in page and signing out.
FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? NO PROBLEM.
Click the SIGN IN Button and click Request Password.
Enter your email address and submit the form. You’ll receive an email with your login details quickly, which will include a new password.
If you want to change the password, click Change Password.
JOINING & MANAGING YOUR ARTIST PROFILE

SETTING UP YOUR TABS
- Review and update your Contact Information. You can chose which information is visible, including your address, phone number, or whether you appear in the directory at all.
- Select your Membership Level. Scroll up on the membership page to see the levels.
- Make an optional Donation to support TVAA’s work.
- Select Payment Method
- If Check, send the check to TVAA’s PO Box, as listed on the form.
- If Credit Card, the next screen will request yoru payment details.
- Click Continue (or Skip).
- Select your Privacy Settings.
- My Profile:
- Add an artwork image. This image cannot be an image of you.
- Write a Brief Description or tagline.
- Write your Artist’s Statement.
- Add Social Media links.
- Select Artist’s Media.
- Click Save & Continue
The member directory is a way to connect site visitors to your work. Therefore, the primary image of the directory should be an image of one of your pieces. Note that we cannot include members in the directory who do not have at least one artwork image uploaded. If you need help, please contact us.
- In the Artwork tab, upload images based on your membership level:
- Student Artists: 1 image
- Artists: 1 image
- Exhibiting Artists: up to 10 images
- For Exhibiting Artists, please ensure that an image of your artwork is the primary image, so that it is what is displayed in the member directory (not a photograph of you). One of your nine remaining images can be an image of you.
- Note that the gallery will appear in the order in which you upload items. To change the order, you’ll need to delete items and re-add them.
- Click Save & Continue.
TVAA is an all-volunteer organization, with members who enjoy supporting our mission together. If you have the bandwidth, please select the Volunteer Opportunities that most interest you.
