This piece is about the surging water sound & sensation of moisture. If I have my way, I am certain I will never be caught floating through this monster rapid, but I don’t mind sitting above it and breathing in all those delicious fresh ions while I paint. I work on site and from life whenever possible, celebrating natural or man-made forms and patterns. My favorite subjects are from personal experience, celebrating the special places and creatures that nurture and inspire joy. Though my artwork varies in subject and media, a central theme is bringing the preciousness of our world to a viewing audience.
