Artists Statement
This art piece was inspired by the pressures I see on modern youth. This art piece is as much about perception as it is about the sensations of messages communicated by what a person hears, sees and reads, and how the young mind processes these messages.
Artist Bio
I am a self-taught artist and muralist. I’ve painted murals for schools and churches, and won recognition for “Children Know” and “What We Pass On”. I dabble in graphic design, which I’ve used to design art as well as youth sport banners and plaques. The beauty and comedy of everyday life inspires my art.
