Artist Statement
Gesso is so unpredictable but so much fun! Sometimes it even works! This is just a fun piece with imaginary green poppies which I’m pretty sure don’t exist.
Painting is so important to me. It can change my day, my mood, and it has definitely changed my life. My wish is to create art that others can connect to. I will try painting just about anything once and if I like it, I’ll paint more.
