Artist Statement
American photographer Jessie Swimeley was born in Gillette, Wyoming in 1979. She finds great joy uncovering beauty and significance in the insignificant. Her passion for photography started at the age of six when her father handed her a camera. Jessie received her BA in Photography from the University of Oregon and is the President of the Treasure Valley Artists Alliance. She currently resides in Boise, Idaho with her partner Joel.
