About the artist
I took my first art class when I was thirty years old. I walked into the local art store clutching my supply list with stars in my eyes. I wanted to touch everything in the store. I graduated from Boise State University with Bachelor’s Fine Art. When I’m not in the studio I spend my time outside in the Idaho’s wild places and rivers. They and the inhabitants inspire me. I hope my artwork inspires the public to explore and appreciate this land we live in. I paint with acrylics, gouache and my iPad & Apple Pencil.
