About the artist
Lifelong painter, specializing in environmental awareness, specifically promoting protection of our pollinators. My grandfather and brother were and are beekeepers, which has informed much of my art.
I have been painting most of my life. Aside from many workshops, I am self-taught. I ran art classes for children for three years in my art studio in Hidden Springs. I am always attracted to capturing translucency and reflection in my work, such as the wings of a bee or glass and light. I consider my self a realist artist.
