Artist Statement
Water is a recurring theme in Rosemary’s art. Here, filtered light combines with the imagined soothing “sounds” of cascading water. Her setting is universal. You are invited to relax and let your worries disappear. Spread a quilt on the grassy hill and bask in the morning light. Listen to the water as it runs to the sea.
Rosemary allows part of herself, along with her oils and solvents to intermingle and flow upon her canvas.
