Artist Statement
Outside in the gardens near the historic train depot. I chose this one because of the negative spaces I saw in the tree and the path nearby where many people pass by and maybe never notice.
Pastlemat paper with soft pastels.
I have always enjoyed the outdoors and continue to do so as it is always inspiring and enjoyable. I continue to try and capture this feeling when I paint outdoors.
