Karen Bubb’s All Levels Encaustic Workshop

Paint like an ancient Greek, with pigmented beeswax, also known as encaustic paint. Learn old and contemporary methods of encaustic painting from Karen Bubb in her North End Boise studio. Bonnie’s Bootcamp Pastel Workshop

Bonnie Griffith, award-winning landscape artist and instructor, will teach a one day pastel painting workshop on Saturday, June 3, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. as part of the Eagle Plein Air Festival. The hands-on workshop will focus on composition, creating an underpainting and balancing shapes to develop a strong painting using soft pastels. Students will bring easel, chair and all materials except paper. Bonnie will provide references to paint from and will have available some favorite pastel sticks for purchase.

How to Prepare Images of Art for Submission to Galleries and Exhibitions
