After Dark: A Duality

TVAA’s  latest art exhibition, at the Nampa Civic Center,  explores darkness and light. How do artists respond to the long, dark nights of winter? Is it cozy? Threatening? Do they feel more alive at night, as nocturnal creatures do? Or, do they look forward to the light of day? The artists have responded to these questions with art that is visually and thematically dark with contrasts of light.

Opening reception of After Dark : A Duality at the Nampa Civic Center from 7-9pm on January 18, 2019.
Located in the Nampa Civic Center lobby adjacent to the theater. Refreshments available at concessions.
Enjoy live jazz guitar music by Aaron Shamy during the reception.

After Dark: A Duality will be on display at the Nampa Civic Center until March 25, 2019
