Artist Statement
I love dogs in general and my dog Augie specifically. She’s had my heart for 8 years now and is the best hiking buddy. She is me and I am her.
Artist Bio
I am an expressionistic representational artist painting the facets of life in Idaho. I paint the feelings evoked by the landscapes, animals and people who are my subjects. I am the Artist in Residence for the Land Trust of the Treasure Valley for Sept 2020-Aug 2021 and have recently been concentrating on painting the trails and lands of our local land trust and the greater Idaho mountains and rivers.
