My purpose as an artist is to make connections between the physical and spiritual human experience. My mediums are both 2D and 3D mixed media. Mixed media satisfies a need for each conceptual element to be expressed via individual process and materials. Through tactile, hands-on and spatial relationships to materials, I am able to intimately express from the creative source. I am interested in pushing the boundaries between craft, functionality, and fine art. My intention is to create art that is both personally unique and universally accessible.
