Artist Statement
How haute can it get when really fine cuisine becomes art? Is it French? Is it Spanish? Is it edible? No matter, it looks –well– haute; a case of form over function at twice the price.
Construction is fun, materially substantial, and in this case stretches credulity rather than being profound or even truthful.
