About the artist
Debbie Barnett is an artist, native to the state of Idaho. She works in acrylic, oil, graphite, and colored pencil. She has also worked in the ranching industry for most of her life. Her love of ranching, the Idaho landscape, wildlife and animals in general show in her work. More recently with her new interest in colored pencil and graphite, she has developed an interest in portrait work. Her goal is to preserve the rich ranching heritage of Idaho as well as the images of Idaho’s open country and animals and the characters that make Idaho so interesting.
