Sloth
Charcoal and conte on paper, 10 x 8″
While traveling the jungles of Costa Rica I searched high in the canopy for sloths. I rapidly moved from one area to another to no avail. A local told me I need to slow down and if I want to see them I have to be on sloth time. I then decided to just sit and wait and see if they will appear. Sure enough, sloths have their own time. If you move a little slower, the things you see might just move you emotionally for a life time.
