Artist Statement
The most influential book I have ever read is the Bible and the final pages would seem to indicate that we are currently seeing the beginning of those pages being brought to light. In this piece I wanted to bring my perspective to this issue but in an old school iconic reference style.
Unique, imaginative, provoking, detailed…. These are a few words that have been used to describe my work and methods. By using found objects and refurbishing them in my assemblage pieces, I have been able to bring my art into places reaching a wide variety of people who often have had no prior interest in art – which is my greatest joy when creating and showing my art work.
