In Latin, “Dum spiro, spero” translates to, “While I breathe, I hope.” The “Ten of Potions” from the Morbidly Adorable Tarot (Cups in the traditional tarot) is about hope. It is a painting about family, both birth and chosen, and the legacy you leave behind. If it takes thousands of brushstrokes to finish a painting, the totality of your life is created through thousands of actions. Take each action believing it makes a difference.
Misty Monster is a fantasy painter working in the big eye and pop surrealism style. This sweetly spooky creator is a tarot enthusiast whose own opus, “The Morbidly Adorable Tarot,” is being printed by U.S. Games.
