Artist Statement
There is a mythical place, far to the north, that the heat of the summer sun will never reach but whose frozen beauty is eternal.
My work blends straight lines and angles with the organic shapes of nature, and blends reality and fantasy in surreal ways to evoke places that are almost, but not quite real.
